Our Team

Stacey
Proprietor
Stacey is the mastermind behind Taylor’s Theatre Academy, a passionate and inspiring leader who brings energy, heart, and world-class experience to everything she does.
After earning a full scholarship to study Musical Theatre at Liverpool Theatre School & College, Stacey completed three years of intensive training in Level 6 Musical Theatre, before landing a dream role as Lead Production Singer for Carnival Cruise Lines — becoming the youngest person ever to do so. Her talent took her all over the world, from the stunning islands of French Polynesia to the shores of Australia, where her parents, Irene and Roy, even flew out to see her perform onboard. Stacey then went on to work for Thomson Cruiselines, CMV cruises. Stacey also played the lead role Carmen Diaz in the Italian tour of the musical ‘Fame’ & Marty in the musical ‘Grease’.
At 30, Stacey returned to the green, green grass of home with a dream — to open her own theatre school and give back to the community that raised her. Inspired by her own childhood, where her parents always encouraged her and her siblings in everything they did, Stacey wanted to create a place where children & young people could feel supported, inspired, and free to shine.
Since opening Taylor’s Academy, Stacey has built a loyal following and become a much-loved figure among students and families alike. Children are naturally drawn to her warmth, humour, and passion. She is deeply dedicated to each and every student, and there’s nothing she loves more than watching them grow into confident, talented performers.
